By using CoachPulse, you agree to these terms. This is a preliminary version — the final draft will be published before public launch.
What the service is
CoachPulse is a tool for personal trainers and their clients. We provide public trainer pages, a booking system, messaging, and progress tracking.
Your obligations
Provide accurate information, do not use the service for spam, fraud, or illegal activity, and respect other users.
Intellectual property
Content you create remains yours. CoachPulse content (design, code, brand) is our intellectual property.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". CoachPulse is not responsible for training outcomes — that is the work of the trainer and client.
§ 7. Acceptable Use, User Content and Moderation
You agree NOT to upload, publish, or transmit any content that is:
- abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or obscene;
- infringing on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- impersonating any person or entity;
- intended to defraud, deceive, or harm other users;
- otherwise unlawful.
We do not routinely pre-screen user content, but operate a zero-tolerance policy against the above. Any user can report content via the in-app or web "Report" function. We commit to reviewing reports and removing violating content within 24 hours of acknowledged receipt where reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that posts violating content or harasses other users, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
