How do I get started?

Download CoachPulse for iOS or Android, create an account, and you're in. Trainers can set up their profile and invite clients right away. Clients join using the invite link or QR code their coach shares.

How do I connect with my coach?

Open the invite link your coach sent you, or scan their QR code, and you'll be connected automatically after signing up. Your training history always belongs to you — if you ever change coaches, you keep your account and your data.

I can't sign in

CoachPulse supports sign-in with Apple, Google, or email. If you signed up with one method, use the same one next time. Still stuck? Email us and we'll help you back into your account.

How does billing work?

Every trainer gets a 14-day free trial — no card required. Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play, and you can view, change, or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's subscription settings.

How do I manage or delete my data?

You can request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from the app settings, or by emailing us. See the full details in our Privacy Policy.
