1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They let the site remember things like whether you are signed in, your language preference, or what you clicked on a previous visit.
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies — including localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel-style trackers — used on the CoachPulse website at coachpulse.pro. Our mobile app does not use browser cookies; it uses native device storage which is governed by our Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies we use
We aim to use the minimum number of cookies needed to run a working website. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics that profile you across sites.
2.1 Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to work. They cannot be disabled.

2.2 Functional (with consent)
Set only if you accept "Functional cookies" in the banner. Help the site remember choices you made.

2.3 Analytics (with consent)
We currently do not use any third-party analytics service. If we add one in the future (e.g. Plausible, a privacy-focused, EU-hosted analytics tool), we will:
- Update this Cookie Policy with the cookies that service uses
- Add it to the banner under "Analytics" — disabled by default; you must opt in
- Use IP anonymization and short retention
2.4 Marketing
None. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any cross-site trackers. We do not run advertising networks on this site.
3. Third-party cookies
We do not embed third-party trackers, advertising networks, or social-media pixels on coachpulse.pro. Some technically necessary requests still go to third-party domains:

These are infrastructure resources rather than tracking. We do not exchange data with these providers about your visit beyond what their CDNs need to deliver the asset (your IP address and browser user-agent, used transiently and not by us).
4. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We respect the following automated signals:
- Do Not Track (DNT) — if your browser sends
DNT: 1, we treat this as an opt-out from non-essential cookies even if the banner has not been answered. - Global Privacy Control (GPC) — if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a clear "reject non-essential" choice and skip the banner-prompt entirely.
You can override either signal by clicking Manage cookies below, but in practice these signals reflect informed user choice and we honour them.

Removing the cp_consent cookie will cause the banner to appear again on your next visit.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add, change, or remove cookies. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top and announced via the cookie banner reappearing for affected users so you can review and update your preferences.
